Renowned UK street artist INSA is teaming up with Casio for the release of the G-Shock DW-5600MW-7INSA in London. The white DW-5600 has a custom band featuring the artist’s signature “High Heels Fetish” print in black, white, and pink.
The collaboration celebrates the 15th anniversary of INSA’s “Graffiti Fetish” approach to art which examines the fetishisation of products in modern society. Famous for his large murals on buildings, INSA is also known for creating “GIF-iti,” a new style of visual art in which striking animated images are created from photographs of repainted and shifting murals.
The DW-5600MW-7INSA is limited to 190 pieces and will be available for £119 GBP at the G-Shock Store at 56a Carnaby Street on 19 July 2019 and at g-shock.co.uk for UK customers. Online customers are encouraged to use the “notify me” feature to be alerted when the watch is available. The Carnaby Street store will also be getting an Insaland makeover showcasing works by the artist.
