The MTG-B4000 is the first commercially available G-Shock watch with a frame designed with the assistance of generative AI. It features a unique exterior structure made of stainless steel and laminated carbon and glass fiber sheets and an interior case made of carbon fiber-reinforced resin with a dimensional stainless steel case back made from metal injection molding (MIM). The debut models (MTG-B4000-1A and MTG-B4000B-1A2) are paired with a resin band, resulting in a total weight of only 112 grams. The MTG-B4000 series is made at the Yamagata Casio factory in Japan, where Sallaz polishing is applied.
The G-Shock GBA-950 features a reengineered and more compact case than the previous GBA-900, with an integrated bezel and band, front light button, and large resin hour markers that are made with luminous material. This fitness-oriented watch for walkers and runners is equipped with Bluetooth smartphone link and a step counter. Other fitness functions include five interval timers, a 45-record stopwatch with auto lap measurement, distance and pace display, and calories burned data. Life log step-counting data and training log data are viewable on the smartphone app.
The G-Shock GA-V01 offers a bold new analog-digital style with an integrated bezel and band, external hour markers, and a spherical display glass. It offers the same functions as the GA-2100 but with a much longer battery life of approximately 10 years. Unlike the GA-010 which also has a 10-year battery but only a single LED light, the GA-V01 has a double LED light with a light for the dial and a backlight for the LCD display. The GA-V01 is also equipped with the "Shock Release Hand," a magnetically attached minute hand that is capable of absorbing hard impacts by shifting position and then returning to the correct position.
The CRW-001 is a Casio watch in a stainless steel ring form and not a G-Shock, but we included it in the catalog since it is a tribute to the G-Shock DW-5000/5600 origin-based line and was Casio's biggest hit of 2024. The CRW-001-1 is Casio's first-ever functional ring watch and uses an all-new module that is 1/10 the size of a normal watch. Initially released in December 2024 for the Casio Watch 50th Anniversary (and still to be released in some countries in January 2025), it was originally believed to be a limited edition, but recent events, such as a reported upcoming restocking in Japan and the United States, suggest that more are being manufactured for a larger release. In addition to honoring G-Shock with its iconic shape, the ring watch harkens back to the first product from the business (Kashio Seisakujo) that preceded Casio, which was a ring pipe that held a cigarette.
The G-Shock DW-5000R is a re-creation of the original first-generation DW-5000C-1A from 1983. It offers a more faithful (but not exact) reproduction than previous anniversary DW-5000 limited editions, and it is the most affordable G-Shock watch with a stainless steel screw-back case. The debut DW-5000R model, DW-5000R-1A, is a standard release (not a limited edition) and is manufactured at the Yamagata Casio mother factory in Japan.
The G-Shock GMC-B2100 is a Full Metal 2100 series with a full-analog display that costs more than the analog-digital GM-B2100 but less than the full analog and titanium MRG-B2100. Like other series in the Full Metal G-Shock lineup, the GMC-B2100 has a stainless steel interior case but does not have the traditional screw lock case back of the GM-B2100. Equipped with Tough Solar and Bluetooth, the GMC-B2100 does not have Multi-Band 6 timekeeping but offers dual time, a chronograph, timer, and alarm.
The G-Shock GM-700 is a metal-covered version of the large case GA-700 which is popular in the West. The watch is outfitted with a stainless steel bezel over a resin case and paired with a resin band. The GM-700 has the same module as the GA-700, which offers some unique features such as a front LED light button, dedicated stopwatch button to start directly from timekeeping mode, and an above-average battery life of approximately 5 years. The GM-700 offers another metallic analog-digital option that is larger than the GM-2100 and GM-110. Unlike the GM-110 series, the GM-700 was not reengineered to be smaller than the GA-700.
The metal-covered G-Shock GM-2110 features a stainless steel bezel and stainless steel band with a resin case. The band links use spring bars and a fork tool is required to remove them. The clasp also has three micro-adjustment positions using a spring bar. The GM-2110 has the same internal functions as the GM-2100 and has a double LED light that illuminates both the dial and LCD display background.
The GA-010 is the first (non-solar) analog-digital G-Shock watch with an approximate 10-year battery life, topping the 5-year battery of the GA-700 and the 7-year battery of the GA-900. The estimated battery life assumes that the alarm (10 seconds) and LED light (1.5 seconds) are used once per day. The stopwatch has a target time alert and a one-touch start button from timekeeping mode.
The GD-010 is an affordable tool watch with superior battery life. It is one of the few (non-solar) G-Shock watches featuring an approximate 10-year battery. This estimate is calculated by assuming that the alarm (10 seconds) and LED backlight (1.5 seconds) are used once per day. The GD-010 also features a large case and display with big digits, an easy to access front light button, and Carbon Core Guard case. It has the same internal functions as the G-8900 but does not have flash alerts. The large and protected side buttons make the GD-010 a good choice for military, outdoor workers, and extreme sports.
Like the GD-B500, the GMD-B300 is a compact and lightweight unisex watch with a step counter and Bluetooth smartphone link, but with a stylish 2100-inspired octagonal bezel like the larger G-SQUAD GBD-300. It has the similar functions as the GD-B500, including step-counting data with daily goal setting and progress display, dual time, stopwatch with 200-lap memory, countdown timer, 5 daily alarms, and auto LED backlight. A feature that the GD-B500 lacks is the interval timer featuring 5 time settings from 1 second to 60 minutes with auto repeat (up to 20) and auto start (5-second pre-count). Another advantage over the GD-B500 is the target time alarm for the stopwatch, which allows up to 10 target time settings with the watch beeping for 10 seconds when a target time is reached.
The G-Shock GBD-300 is the slimmest G-SQUAD fitness series (as of July 2024) and features an octagonal bezel inspired by the G-Shock GA-2100. With its high-contrast MIP LCD display, step counter, and Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, it offers the same walking and running log functions as the GBD-200, along with other practical features such as phone notifications and vibrating alerts.
