Casio’s durable GXFAB t-shirt is expected to be available in the U.S. for the first time.
Casio Lab is a new service offered by Casio America that gives fans exclusive access to a limited supply of imported products that would otherwise not be released in the U.S. Following its first release (sauna watch), Casio Lab will soon be offering the GXFAB t-shirt which is designed and manufactured in Japan. We previously covered how the GXFAB shirt, like G-Shock, is superior in its ruggedness and durability and is resistant to fading, chemicals, stretching, and abrasions.
The first two GXFAB stockings sold out quickly in Japan, and it appears that the most recent stocking is still available at casio.com/jp.) The GXFAB shirt was first released in 2024 and included short and long-sleeve versions, but the most recent restock in Japan and the Casio Lab drop are for the short-sleeve version only. Sizes include S, M, L, XL, and XXL, and this 2026 release is the first time that the GXFAB shirt is available in XXL. This is Japan-based sizing, but the t-shirts appear to have a boxy and oversized style with short sleeves that appear to be on the longish side.
As with previous Casio Lab projects, fans are required to complete a marketing survey in order to register their interest and get on the notification list. The survey implies that the price of a GXFAB shirt will be $89.90. Some products previously featured at Casio Lab ended up being unreleased, but the GXFAB is listed in the “Lab Drops” section (along with the sauna watch) and not in the “Lab Showcase” with the unreleased items.
Compared to the original release, the 2026 release has a black GXFAB tag in the neck area (instead of the white G-Shock Products tag), along with a smaller black tag with a white Casio logo. An external black GXFAB tag is still on the side near the waist.
