Casio is currently running the “Spring Product Registration Campaign” for residents of Japan who register a purchased G-Shock watch with their Casio ID at gshock.casio.com/jp. A lottery contest for various goods is available for those who create a Casio ID and register a new watch and for existing Casio ID members who register a watch for the first time. The promotion runs from March 10 until noon on Sunday, April 10, 2022. (An online application for the lottery is required to be completed after the registration process. Entry in the contest is not automatic with registration alone.)
The prizes include an in-person tour of the Casio Hamura Technical Center Watch Quality Assurance Laboratory that includes souvenirs (40 spots available), a basketball autographed by NBA player Rui Hachimura (1), a photo essay book and shikishi board autographed by surfer Kanoa Igarashi (3), a G-Shock-branded New Era cap (3), G-Shock original socks by Stance (3), and a G-Shock golf club head cover (1). The New Era cap is especially enticing for collectors. We previously spotted it in the promotional images for the New Era x G-Shock GM-110NE-1A and have never seen it for sale anywhere.
