The elusive G-Shock x NASA DW5600NASA21 collaboration watch ($140) will be available for call-in orders starting on Monday, May 3, 12:00 pm, at the G-Shock Soho Store in New York City, but completed purchases must be picked up at the store with an appointment.
The limited edition DW5600NASA21 originally launched at Gshock.com on April 12, 2021, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the first launch of the OV-102 Space Shuttle, but it was a frustrating experience for many fans who encountered an unresponsive and glitchy website and weren’t able to purchase the watch. The store says that all calls will be answered in the order they are received, so apparently they have a call center-like phone system to deal with a large number of callers. It’s not known how many watches will be available.
