Janette Beckman for G-Shock

London-born, New York-based documentary photographer Janette Beckman has teamed up with G-Shock for a special promotional box set. The set includes a stealth black G-Shock DW5600BB-1, a signed limited edition print by Beckman, and a G-Shock-branded disposable camera. Unfortunately this set is not be for sale as Beckman has stated it’s “a promotional piece only.” It is unknown how many of these sets were produced and if there are more than one, how they will be distributed.

Janette Beckman studied photography in London and started her career photographing the punk scene in England and New York in the 1970s and 1980s. She is well known for her frequent work with rock and hip hop musicians which includes many magazine shoots and dozens of album covers. She has also published several books including “Made in the UK: The Music of Attitude 1977-1083” and “The Breaks: Stylin’ and Profilin’ 1982-1990.”
