‘Chums x Baby-G BA-110XCHUMS23-7’ for the outdoor brand’s 40th anniversary

Casio China announced the Chums x Baby-G BA-110XCHUMS23-7 collaboration to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the American-based outdoor products brand. It’s not known if this white limited edition watch will be released outside of China or Asia, but it really should be, as it has a nice design featuring a red-accented dial, colorful outdoor illustrations printed on the band, and a translucent red band keeper. The band artwork also includes some city and state names (Utah, Tokyo, Shanghai), which are the major locations of its retail stores. The watch includes a red co-branded pouch that can be attached to the handlebars of a bicycle.
Chums was founded in Utah by river guide Mike Taggett to produce sunglass retainers for his customers. The company expanded into making a wide range of outdoor products and now has a large international presence. Chums previously released an American flag-themed G-Shock DW-5600 collaboration for its 35th anniversary in 2018 and the Baby-G BGA-260CH-1A in 2021.
