Another promotional item for die-hard collectors to seek out is this pin badge inspired by the the full metal G-Shock GMW-B5000D-1. The day, date, and time shows Tuesday, April 12, 19:83, signifying the original release date (4/12/1983) of the first G-Shock DW-5000C. The second display shows “40” to represent the 40th Anniversary. The pin is available while supplies last with a qualifying order at Casio Japan (casio.com/jp), but shipping is available only to Japan. Qualifying watches include select models from the MR-G, MT-G, and Full Metal (GMW-B5000, GM-B2100, AWM-500) series.
