Private G-Shock dinner at the Four Seasons showcased luxury watches

G-Shock hosted a private dinner on Tuesday, September 8 at The Four Seasons restaurant in New York City. The dinner was held to celebrate Casio’s new president Kazuhiro Kashio as well as to showcase the history of luxury G-Shock watches and unveil the latest models. Featured models included the MRG-G1000, MTG-S1000, the upcoming GPS hybrid MTG-G1000, and the recently released G-STEEL Series representing the affordable end of luxury G-Shock watches. Founding father of G-Shock and Casio’s Research and Development Chief Engineer Kikuo Ibe was in attendance. Guests also included fashion industry types like designer Robert Geller and Paper magazine managing editor Abby Schreiber. Not many photos have surfaced from the invite-only dinner. Here is what we could gather.
