G-Shock has teamed up with Japanese clothing brand United Arrows to release a limited edition G-Shock AWM-500 watch. This is the first AWM-500 collaboration and the first AWM-500 with a black ion plated finish.

The color scheme, featuring an orange G-Shock logo and orange button accents, is based on the United Arrows x G-Shock AW-500UA-1E collaboration from 1996, which had a resin bezel and band. The watch also has a custom case back with the United Arrows logo.

The made-in-Japan AWM-500 is an updated, stainless steel version of the AW-500, the first-ever G-Shock watch with an analog-digital display. The major features include Tough Solar power, Multi-Band 6 auto radio time sync, and a stainless steel inner case with screw-lock case back. (The AWM-500 and updated AW-500 series are November 2020 releases in Japan and Asia, but they have not been announced for other regions yet.)

The United Arrows x G-Shock AWM-500 watch will go on sale for 77,000 JPY (tax-included) on November 1, 2020, at 11:00 at store.united-arrows.co.jp. It is also expected to be sold in United Arrows stores throughout Japan.
