Update: In February 2026, Casio launched new GG-B100X models with module 5744. These watches are able to set any destination point with the Bluetooth-connected Casio Watches app for the Location Indicator which displays the direction and distance on the watch (a feature shared by the GWG-B1000), unlike the older GG-B100 with module 5594 that can only set the user’s current location and not any other point.

The GG-B100 offers many features in a smaller size than the Mudmaster GWG-1000. Those who plan to use the sensors a lot may actually prefer a battery-powered model like this, so that daily battery drain (and the required amount of solar recharging) from heavy use isn't such a concern.
