G-SHOCK GWR-B3000 GRAVITYMASTER

G-Shock has officially announced the all-new Gravitymaster GWR-B3000 series for a July 2026 release in Japan and Asia, with other regions expected to follow. This aviation-themed Master of G series succeeds the GWR-B1000 as the highest-end Gravitymaster and features Triple G Resist (protection against shock, centrifugal force, and vibration), Tough Solar power, Multi-Band 6 automatic radio-controlled time adjustment, and Bluetooth smartphone link.

The exterior of the Japan-made GWR-B3000 combines a Carbon Core Guard case (made of carbon fiber reinforced bio-based resin), stainless steel bezel parts, soft urethane band, and sapphire crystal. The watch features the new “Dual Hollow Structure” (made with metal injection molded stainless steel and resin shock absorbers) and the new Tough Movement Version 2 (TOUGH MVT.2) that will suspend and adjust the hands accordingly when impacts and magnetic fields are detected. The watch measures 56.7 x 47.3 x 14.1 millimeters and weighs 102 grams, with a compatible band size of 145 to 215 millimeters.

The textured dial, similar to those seen on the upcoming Luxe Black 2100 models, diffuses light and reduces reflections for better contrast. The watch has three analog hands, date and day displays, along with dual time and 24-hour subdials, which are also used for the stopwatch and timer modes. The day indicator also serves as a mode and battery level indicator. Unlike previous Gravitymaster series, there is no G-Shock logo on the bezel, which has the world time city codes engraved on it. A new “SHOCK DETECTION” logo is engraved on the right near the screw lock crown.

Other features include 200-meter water resistance, world time with one-touch UTC display, 1-second stopwatch, 24-hour countdown timer, daily alarm, LED light, and full auto-calendar. A Bluetooth connection with the Casio Watches smartphone app offers automatic time adjustment, easy watch setting, around 300 world time cities, flight log, and phone finder. For the flight log, holding the lower-right button down records the longitude and latitude of the current position, along with the date and time. The recorded locations are then viewable on a map in the Casio Watches app.

The launch models include the GWR-B3000-1A with a silver bezel, black band, and black dial, the GWR-B3000A-2A with a blue IP front bezel, blue band, and blue dial, and the GWR-B3000B-8A with a gray IP front bezel, gray band, and gray dial. The two-tone blue band of the GWR-B3000A-2A has a gray underside. The Japanese model names and tax-included prices are GWR-B3000-1AJF (Â¥110,000), GWR-B3000A-2AJF (Â¥126,500), and GWR-B3000B-8AJF (Â¥137,500). There are no other current models that match these prices exactly, but other models that have slightly lower and higher prices in Japan cost around $800 to $880 in the U.S.

(The previous GWR-B1000 was reported to be discontinued in 2024, and there was never a GWR-B2000.)
