Amazon.com recently started selling the G-Shock GWM5610U-1B featuring Tough Solar and Multi-Band 6. This 2021 model is an update to the previous GW-M5610-1B and has module 3495 with enhanced functions and the more power-efficient LED backlight. It is essentially a darker and stealthier version (with an inverted LCD display) of the best-selling GW-M5610U-1, which is usually discounted to around $110 at Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon’s current GWM5610U-1B price of $165 is not discounted like most of the other G-Shock watches that are sold directly by Amazon.com. This model, which is also available in Europe, was not released at the Casio U.S. website or other U.S. retailers.
