Action Bronson’s Baklava x G-Shock GA2100AB25-5A “Desert King” Collaboration

Following teaser photos in May of an upcoming G-Shock GA-2100 collaboration with Action Bronson’s Baklava clothing line, the watch is expected to be released soon, as the rapper recently made two more Instagram posts referencing the collaboration. In one post, Action Bronson is wearing a co-branded cap with Baklava and G-Shock logos, and in the latest post, viewers are instructed to sign up at Baklava’s specializinginlife.com site. The post features a video of a California kingsnake, which appears to be the inspiration for the “Desert King” name mentioned in the original teaser post. The G-Shock U.S. account (instagram.com/gshock_us) replied to the post with “It’s time!!,” suggesting that the watch is coming very soon. While the watch may also end up being available at casio.com/us, those who are also interested in the cap and other possible clothing items should follow the aforementioned Baklava site. The watch is expected to be exclusive to the U.S., but other official Baklava sites like baklavafleamarket.com offer international shipping.
Update: The watch will reportedly be released on Thursday, August 21, at 10:00 a.m. ET for $200 at specializinginlife.com.
Update 2: The email from Specializing In Life states, “Raffle opens tomorrow, August 21st at 10AM EST.”
Update 3: The GA2100AB25-5A “Desert King” is now listed for $200 at casio.com/us, where it is expected to be available soon. The case back identifies this limited edition watch as being made in Japan.
