Australian skateboarder Chloe Covell wins X Games Osaka gold wearing a G-Shock watch

15-year-old Australian Chloe Covell won her third X Games gold medal for women’s street skateboarding on Saturday in Osaka, following her first place win at the WST Street World Cup in Rome a week earlier. Covell wore a G-Shock watch during the X Games Osaka competition, which she also wore during the WST event. While Covell, who is part of the Nike SB Team, has not appeared in any G-Shock advertisements that we know of, it seems likely that she has a G-Shock sponsorship in Australia, as she is always seen wearing a G-Shock watch during competitions. Her recent watch appears to be the GMAP2100VA-7A with a metallic silver dial and markers, from the smaller GMA-P2100 line. Covell has been on a tear recently, as the 2024 Olympian also earned a first place victory at SLS Santa Monica in May.
