Casio Pro Trek PRW6000SYT-1 gets U.S. release

As with G-Shock, Casio USA is expanding the high-end range of the Pro Trek line of outdoor ABC watches. The newest release is the Pro Trek PRW6000SYT-1, an analog-digital model with a stylish blue ion-plated stainless steel bezel, black IP titanium band, and sapphire crystal. The PRW6000SYT-1 has Tough Solar/Multi-Band 6 and the Tripler Sensor Version 3 which includes altimeter, barometer, compass, and thermometer sensors. The watch has one-button access to the compass and altimeter and an alarm and display indicator to show significant changes in barometric pressure, alerting the wearer to possible weather changes. The auto hand shift feature moves the analog hands out of the way when using the digital display. The Smart Access electronic crown offers intuitive access to the watch’s functions. The watch measures 57.9 x 52.1 x 12.8mm and weighs 110 grams. List price is $900. Other specs include 100M water resistance, low temperature resistance (-10 C / 14 F), world time, full auto dual LED light, Neo-Brite luminous hands and markers, 5 daily alarms, stopwatch (24 hour), countdown timer (1 hour), and sunrise/sunset data.
