G-Shock and Baby-G Special Pairs Collection 2019

Casio started the G-Shock and Baby-G Special Pairs Collection in summer 2018 for the Asian market as a pair of his-and-hers box sets to complement winter’s annual Lover’s Collection. The Special Pairs Collection now appears to be an annual summer tradition with the release of the SLV-19A-1A and SLV-19B-1 sets for 2019. The SLV-19A-1A set includes a black G-Shock GA-110 and white Baby-G BA-110 watch with pink accents and custom elements inspired by flamingos. The SLV-19B-1 set includes a black G-Shock DW-5600 and a white Baby-G BGD-560 with zebra-inspired stripes. The SLV-19A-1A and SLV-19A-1A sets are June 2019 releases in Asia and the watches can only be purchased as part of a paired set.

SLV-19A-1A Special Pairs Collection 2019

The glossy back G-Shock GA-110 has a pink dial and a subdial with a counterbalance that is shaped like two flamingos in a nuzzling heart formation. The glossy white Baby-G BA-110 has pink markers and orange counterbalances on the hour and minute hands that are shaped like flamingos. These flamingos will form the heart shape every hour. The two watches also have custom stainless steel case backs depicting flamingo feathers.

SLV-19B-1 Special Pairs Collection 2019

The glossy black DW-5600 has gray zebra stripes on the face, bezel, and band. The glossy white Baby-G BGD-560 has gray zebra stripes on the face, bezel, and band. The two watches also have a custom EL backlight of two zebras nuzzling each other in a heart formation.
