Casio Thailand released a new promo video for the G-STEEL x Cordura series with the tagline “From suit to street, when style meets function.” Also known as the Street Utility Series, these solar-powered G-STEEL models offer a more rugged style while retaining the signature stainless steel body. Unique features include knurled-style resin bezels and Cordura bands featuring a Cordura fabric outer band and a synthetic Tough Leather inner band. Another feature that distinguishes this “130” line from other G-STEEL models is the Neon Illuminator which is a blacklight LED that lights up the coated hands and index markers. A second LED light provides visibility for the LCD display.
The G-STEEL x Cordura line also includes the office-friendly GST-S130C-1A (and its smaller mid-size version GST-S330C-1A) with a silver stainless steel bezel and black Cordura band.
