The latest G-Shock collaboration with the professional baseball team Hiroshima Toyo Carp will be released on January 10 (10:00 a.m.) in Japan at the online Carp Official Goods Shop. (The watch was also previously available by lottery to fan club members, with some members having received their watches already.) Following last year’s GM-5600 collab for the 15th anniversary of its G-Shock collaborations, this year’s watch is a red DW-5600 that includes two bands for the first time. One band is red with a navy blue keeper, and the other is white with a red keeper.
The face features the Carp logo with white, red, and blue colors, and the case back has a commemorative design with “2024” on it. (The case back lists the watch as a “DW-5610SC” for some reason, but the watch has a monochromatic bezel.) The case is made of white resin, which can be seen on the back side, and the watch comes in an exclusive box inspired by a Carp jersey.
