The G-Shock G-B001 is a retro revival of the uniquely styled DW-001 from 1994. The updated G-B001 has a Carbon Core Guard case and a dual-layer bezel in which the outer resin bezel is removeable to reveal the inner stainless steel bezel. The G-B001 lacks the thermometer sensor of the DW-001 (which is the original reason for its mask-like appearance), but it is upgraded with Bluetooth connectivity for automatic time adjustment and easy watch settings.
