The G-Shock GW-BX5600 combines the original square style with a high-contrast MIP LCD display and is the first G-Shock with Tough Solar (which fully powers the watch) and MIP LCD combination. The watch also has Multi-Band 6 and Bluetooth smartphone connectivity for automatic time adjustment. Two font styles are available for the main time display, a classic style and a larger standard style. There are also multiple timekeeping screens to choose from with the option of viewing up to two world time cities along with the current time. The GW-BX5600 is also the first G-Shock with MIP LCD and a stopwatch that is able to measure in 1/100-second increments (up to the first hour).
