I’ve never heard of the awesomely named Japanese rock band Super Beaver until now, but apparently they are quite popular in Japan, as they played the G-Shock 40th Anniversary Shock The World Live 2023 Represent Tokyo event on Tuesday, September 12, and their limited edition G-Shock collaboration of 3,000 watches sold out quickly after going on sale online that day. Super Beaver is known for several songs that appeared in anime series including Naruto Shippuden. The DW-5600SB23 features a simple black color scheme with the Super Beaver logo and border lines in gold. The band name and beaver logo are also engraved on the stainless steel case back. The watch had a price of 19,800 yen and will be shipped in December. Thank you to the great Zona Casio site, which was revived by the way, for bringing this collaboration to our attention.
