Yoshida & Co. POTR x G-Shock DW-5900 to be released July 21

Bagmaker Porter’s parent company Yoshida & Co. is releasing a limited G-Shock DW-5900 collaboration with its POTR brand for the first time. The matte black watch features POTR’s signature turquoise blue color for the logos and labels on the bezel and face. A POTR logo appears on the EL backlight, and the case back has a custom branded engraving.
POTR is a lifestyle brand featuring themed collaborations in art, music, and sports, along with various bag and clothing collections.
The DW-5900 series was originally released in 1992 and was revived in 2018 for the 35th Anniversary. The DW-5900 has seen an upsurgence as a base for collaborations with Japanese fashion brands recently.
The POTR x G-Shock DW-5900 watch will be available on Friday, July 21, 12:00 p.m. (JST), for 22,000 yen at yoshidakaban.com. International shipping appears to be available via WorldShopping. The watch will also be available at Porter stores in Japan and Hong Kong.
