Casio to release limited edition Virtual G-Shock NFTs: VGA-001 and VGA-002

Casio will be releasing two limited edition G-Shock NFTs (non-fungible tokens) for sale on December 15, 2023. The NFTs will be on the Ethereum blockchain and feature animated graphics of two futuristic G-Shock concepts: the balloon concept VGA-001 and the leaf spring concept VGA-002. Each design is limited to 1,000 NFTs each, and the price for one NFT is 0.1 ETH (about $203.56 at the moment), which does not include the gas fee. Additional G-Shock Creator Pass NFTs that grant access to the G-Shock Virtual Community and advance NFT sales will be distributed on November 28.

Advance sales for G-Shock Creator Pass holders start on December 15, 3:00 a.m. UTC, and end on December 16, 2:59 a.m. The general sales period runs from December 16, 4:00 a.m., to December 17, 3:59 a.m. Both advance sales and general sales will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. Eligible countries include Japan, USA, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, UK, Portugal, Austria, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines.

Unlike the Creator Pass NFTs, these Virtual G-Shock NFTs can be resold and transferred. The maximum purchase allowed is 3 NFTs of each design and 6 total for both designs.
