Limited edition G-Shock MTG-B3000DN-1A with Diffuse Nebula blue-purple gradation and rainbow dial

Expected to be released worldwide starting in May is the limited edition G-Shock MTG-B3000DN-1A inspired by a diffuse nebula in outer space. The stainless steel bezel has a gradated blue-purple ion plating, and the dial features rainbow-like accents with multicolor indices and subdial rings. Another unique styling is the soft urethane band that is mixed with multicolored material, giving the impression of stars in space. The 3D stainless steel case back that extends to the sides of the watch has a black ion plating.

The watch measures 51.9 x 50.9 x 12.1 millimeters and weighs 111 grams. The made-in-Japan MTG-B3000 is known for its thin Dual Core Guard structure with a carbon fiber-reinforced case combined with a stainless steel case back and bezel. Features include 200-meter water resistance, Tough Solar power, Multi-Band 6 automatic radio timekeeping, Bluetooth smartphone link, sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating, dual time, stopwatch, timer, alarm, LED light, and Triple G Resist for protection against shock, centrifugal force, and vibration.

This model is suitable for use with the black IP stainless steel band (BANDGS52D-1) which is available to purchase separately in Japan and Singapore (casio.com/sg).

In Japan, the MTG-B3000DN-1AJR has a tax-included price of 176,000 yen. G-Shock U.K. has the MTG-B3000DN-1AER listed as coming soon for £1,149 (g-shock.co.uk).
