G-Shock Black and Yellow Accent Sport Series

G-Shock Japan announced five new watches as part of the Black and Yellow Series for May 2017. All watches feature reverse LCD displays and a dual-layer two-tone band with a black outer layer and yellow inner layer. The high-contrast color scheme with bold yellow accents brings to mind sneaker fashion, sports teams, and the Wu-Tang Clan. Models include the AWG-M100SBY-1AJF, GA-100BY-1AJF, GA-110BY-1AJF, GA-400BY-1AJF, and GW-M5610BY-1JF.

Update: The GA-100BY-1A, GA-110BY-1A, and GA-400BY-1A are also May releases in Asia.

Update 2: Casio America announced a June 2017 release for the GA100BY-1A and GA110BY-1A with a list price of $120 USD each.

G-Shock AWG-M100SBY-1AJF

The AWG-M100SBY-1AJF features Tough Solar power and Multi-Band 6 automatic radio wave timekeeping. It has a yellow dial ring and gradated yellow/orange markers and hands. List price is ¥24,000 JPY.

G-Shock GA-100BY-1A

The GA-100BY-1A has a camouflage face, yellow dial ring, and gradated yellow/orange hands. List price is ¥15,000 JPY. U.S. release is GA100BY-1A.

G-Shock GA-110BY-1A

The GA-110BY-1A has a yellow dial ring and markers and gradated yellow/orange hands. List price is ¥15,000 JPY. U.S. release is GA110BY-1A.

G-Shock GA-400BY-1A

The GA-400BY-1A is a large 51.9mm-wide model with a rotary switch at the 3 o’clock position for easy operation. It has a translucent inner bezel, yellow dial ring, orange markers, and gradated yellow/orange hands. List price is ¥16,000 JPY.

G-Shock GW-M5610BY-1JF

The GW-M5610BY-1JF is based on the original G-Shock case and features Tough Solar and Multi-Band 6. It has a yellow/orange gradated border around the display. List price is ¥20,000 JPY.
