Casio America released two promotional videos for the new G-Shock GA-700 series. The video focus on skateboarding and BMX riding in New York City. The rugged GA-700 is the first affordable analog-digital model with a front backlight button, and also has an estimated 5-year battery life. With its 3D markers and large analog hands, the GA-700 is a versatile model that is suitable for any activity.

G-Shock France released a stylish new commercial that features a reenactment of Kikuo Ibe accidentally breaking his watch and inventing the first G-Shock. The video also features quick cuts of G-Shock testing, extreme sports, and YouTube clips.
