G-Shock Frogman GWF-D1000 Video Reviews

Casio released the all-new G-Shock Frogman GWF-D1000 watches in Japan this month. Here are the first video reviews on YouTube. We will add more here as they become available.

Gshock Highfashion goes shopping and compares the physical characteristics of the blue-trimmed GWF-D1000B-1JF with the previous generation GWF-1000. He also goes through some of the features and compares the physical differences between the GWF-D1000B-1JF and GWF-D1000-1JF with silver trim. As you will see the GWF-D1000 is significantly larger than the previous GWF-1000 and has a longer band.

This video from Takahiro & Ken is all in Japanese but provides some outdoor shots of the new Frogman GWF-D1000-1JF.

Gshock Highfashion also added another unboxing and review video of the GWF-D1000B-1JF and compares it to the previous generation GWF-1000.

In addition to previous feature like Tough Solar, Multi-Band 6, tide graph, and moon data, the new Frogman GWF-D1000 models now have a Triple Sensor featuring a depth meter, thermometer, and compass (all of which work underwater), as well as a sapphire crystal and carbon fiber insert band. Read more about all the new Frogman models on our Frogman GWF-D1000 page.
