G-Shock unveiled the Mystic Forest Series with four mix-molded color models featuring green or brown camouflage patterns, including the GA-2100FR-3A, GA-2100FR-5A, GA-2200MFR-3A, and GA-2200MFR-5A. The dark colors evoke the vegetation and trees of a dense forest. We’ve seen how the mix-molded process on previous marbled models creates a pattern that is unique to each watch.
These hybrid analog-digital watches feature a compact and lightweight Carbon Core Guard case structure and dual LED lights with a fully backlit LCD display. The GA-2100FR (right) is the slimmest men’s G-Shock model at 45.4 millimeters wide, 11.8 mm thick, and 51 grams. The GA-2200MFR (left) is 47.1 mm wide, 12.8 mm thick, and 57 grams. Both models have an approximate 3-year battery life.
The Mystic Forest Series is expected to launch in Japan and Asia in November 2021, with other regions to follow. The watches will have the following prices in the U.S.: GA2100FR-3A ($120), GA2100FR-5A ($120), GA2200MFR-3A ($140), GA2200MFR-5A ($140).
