More new G-Shock releases for January 2026 (MTG-B4000 with composite band, GA-2100K, GMA-P2100BA)

The following G-Shock watches were announced for a January 2026 release in Japan and Asia, with other regions expected to follow.
MTG-B4000D-1A
The new MTG-B4000D-1A looks similar to the MTG-B4000-1A, but it has a naked stainless steel exterior (rather than grayish) and is the first MTG-B4000 model with layered composite band (made of stainless steel and carbon-reinforced resin) instead of a full resin band. The band has a compatible size of 150 to 205 millimeters, which is slightly more restrictive than the resin band of the MTG-B4000-1A (145 to 215 mm). The style of the band is also a slight departure from previous MT-G composite bands that had a resin layer under the stainless steel exterior layer. A resin layer still makes contact with the wrist, but now the resin parts extend to the sides of the band beyond the stainless steel, matching the design of the multi-layered carbon bezel frame. The total weight of the watch is 178 grams. Other major features of this Japan-made model include a sapphire crystal, Tough Solar, Multi-Band 6, Bluetooth smartphone link, and Triple G Resist. The price in Japan is 187,000 yen including tax.
GA-2100K Smoke and Light Series
The GA-2100K series is inspired by the smoke and laser lights found at music festivals. Along with matte translucent bezel and band colors and neon accents, these models have a flat dial design with a glossy black background.
GA-2100K-1A: Translucent matte black/gray with green accents.
GA-2100K-2A: Translucent matte blue with orange accents.
GA-2100K-5A: Translucent matte brown with red accents.
GMA-P2100BA Blue Accents Series
The GMA-P2100BA series offers blue-accented unisex colorways in a smaller 2100 style.
GMA-P2100BA-1A: Black
GMA-P2100BA-2A: Marine Blue
GMA-P2100BA-7A: Ivory White
