Authorized U.S. Casio dealer Fred Meyer Jewelers is currently offering the full metal GMWB5000D-1 for only $330. This is 40% off the old list price of $550, and 45% off Casio’s recently increased MSRP of $600. FMJ offers shipping to the U.S. only (50 states and D.C.), with free shipping on orders of $99+ (including Alaska and Hawaii). This deal certainly won’t last long, and we hope a few of you are able to get it before it sells out. This clearance-like deal was rather unexpected, as the GMWB5000D-1 has been a mainstay model since the series debut in 2018 and is not believed to be getting discontinued anytime soon.
The GMW-B5000 features a full stainless steel bezel and screw-back case, STN LCD display (versus the usual TN LCD), Tough Solar power, Multi-Band 6 auto radio time adjustment, and Bluetooth smartphone link. It can function as a dressier watch that still maintains G-Shock’s shock resistance and 200-meter water resistance standards.
