Following the announcement of the GMA-P2100W-7A in Asia, G-Shock announced three other extra-small-size GMA-P2100 models for a January release in Japan and Asia. These new colorways include the turquoise GMA-P2100-2A, red GMA-P2100-4A, and white GMA-P2100-7A, featuring a monotone style with matching dials and band keepers. In Asia, the new series will be launched with a promotional campaign featuring K-pop group Itzy.
The GMA-P2100 features an even smaller size than the women’s GMA-S2100, including a shorter band length designed to fit narrower wrists. The GMA-P2100 measures 40.2 millimeters wide and weighs 40 grams. It has the same functions as the GMA-S2100 but lacks the analog day-of-week indicator and uses a CR1025 battery. The bezel and band are made from renewable bio-based resin.
These models will be launched in Japan on January 19 and are expected to be released worldwide soon after.
Update: G-Shock U.S. released the GMAP2100-2A, GMAP2100-4A, and GMAP2100-7A for $99 each.
