Walmart is selling the G-Shock GBD300-1 for $150 at walmart.com. The GBD300 series was never released at the Casio U.S. site, and this is the first time we’ve seen it at an authorized U.S. dealer. Since this watch is “Sold and shipped by Walmart.com,” it should be covered by a Casio America warranty unlike those from gray market sellers and importers. Functionally, the GBD-300 is the same as the GBD-200 and includes an MIP LCD display, accelerometer for step tracking, vibration alerts, and Bluetooth smartphone connectivity. It is the slimmest G-SQUAD watch (but only 0.1 millimeter thinner than the GBD-200) and has larger curved wings with an anti-sticking texture on the underside. Current GBD200 models have a higher list price of $165, although the white GBD200-7 is currently discounted to $132 at casio.com/us.
