Professional snowboarder Louie Vito appears in this new video for the G-Shock G-LIDE GLS-8900AR Aurora Series. The video shows Vito wearing the GLS-8900AR-3 and catching some nice air in New Zealand.
G-LIDE GLS-8900 is G-Shock’s snowboarding watch featuring low temperature resistance (–20°C/–4°F). The GLS-8900AR Aurora Series design is inspired by the aurora light that can only be viewed in the night sky in very cold places. The watch has a multi-hue ion-plated bezel and colorful bands inspired by aurora light patterns. The GLS-8900 is also known for its two 1/100 second stopwatches that can operate simultaneously up to 1,000 hours.
American Louie Vito specializes in superpipe and has won an impressive amount of events including 4 U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix Championships and 6 Winter X Games medals including 2 gold. Vita was also a member of the 2010 U.S. Olympic Team.
