Social media star turned professional boxer Jake Paul has been spotted wearing Casio Baby-G watches in the past. Around June 2022, he wore a Baby-G BA-110PKC-4A, which was a limited edition Pikachu edition for the Pokémon 25th Anniversary. (See image at superwatchman.com.) In August 2022, he wore what appears to be a Baby-G BGD-560 watch (which resembles a smaller G-Shock DW-5600) while throwing the first pitch during a San Diego Padres home game.

We’ve also spotted him sometimes wearing a translucent blue watch that resembles the Baby-G BA-130CV-2A (below), but we were unable to find any images or clips of him wearing this watch in time for this article and cannot confirm that it is a Baby-G. (It did seem more like the size of a G-Shock.)

Jake Paul also has another connection to Baby-G, as he planned to remix rapper Nate Husser’s song “Iced Out Baby-G” in 2021, but the remix was never released.

It’s not known why Paul seems to prefer Baby-G watches over G-Shock, but it may have to do with the fact they are typically smaller than G-Shock watches. (G-Shock also offers S Series models in smaller sizes.)

Jake Paul will fight fan-favorite ex-UFC fighter Nate Diaz in the Ready 4 War boxing event on August 5 at 8 p.m. ET in Dallas (with the main event ringwalks scheduled for 11:30 p.m. ET). The fight will be available in the U.S. on ESPN+ PPV. The event will also be available on DAZN PPV in select countries.
